I have a GenX 18000, 4750 gph. and I want to know if it will be ok to come out of 3/4 locline? I have 3 "T''s only 2 will be used for water flow right now to other tanks, then a 90 at the top to a "Y" to give me 2 returns to the tank. which will be the locline, which also has a "Y" on both splitting them. Pipe from the pump is 1.5 " going down to 1" Not sure if 3/4" will cause to much back pressure? I don't want to waste flow if it will.

I'm not sure if they have a maximun pressure rating. Might be something to look into though.

Question: what is your estimate of how much flow will be going to the locklines?

I'm using 3/4" with flare nozels on my closed loops right now. My pump is only a dart (3600 gph) and I have 6 of them. There's not a lot of pressure, just a lot of flow. I do find that when twisted to the extream, the seams tend to leak a bit. That may or may may not be an issue for you though. Hope this helps.

If I had to guess I would say around 3000gph. I know 1" lines would be fine, but I have these loclines, and being able to move around my flow would be nice. I guess maybe I'll have to try it and see.

That GenX pump is a high velocity pump and the Dart is more of a flow pump.
Its a lot for 3/4 I think one inch lock line is available but only in orange look industrial. you could always paint it black.
