sticky stuff?!

[CRAP! Another Hobby]

Has anyone used this stuff Mr. Sticky's underwater glue (http://www.bigalsonline.ca/StoreCatalog/ctl3664/cp17326/si1319097/cl1/mr_stickys_underwater_glue?&query=glue&queryType=0&offset=) for adhering plexi to glass.
I am thinking about using it for the interior construction of my sump.
