All these renos are a belated Valentine's present for Irene & to prep for the baby. We'd like to have more open space for the baby to crawl around in & more storage space to stash everything. All these renovations were done in 5 days, so yeah, really busy but well worth it.

Irene totally loved the fireplace. It was a surprise because she wanted to get rid of the red brick mantle to make the room more spacious but we originally were going to just dry wall the whole fireplace & add an air vent. But she's a pyro at heart so I thought it was worth the extra time & money. Adding the new fireplace took as long & cost as much as tiling in the sunroom, but if it makes my preggie wife happy, then it was money & time well spent.

How did you keep all the dust out of your tanks?

A big thanks to Chin & TNT Canada (Tyler) for donating their Sunday (Chin) and Tuesday evening (Tyler) to help Dean & I get the work done so quickly.
