wondering on where I can find the stuff to attach acrylic to acrylic for baffles in a sump, refuge, etc.

if your cuts are precise and clean, methyl chloride will work well.
If not so clean and uneven, weldon 16 is probably the better choice.

For Baffles many people use silicone to attach them. For a permanent installation I would follow Chin's advice. You can get the 2 products that Chin suggested at

Weld On #16 has good gap filling qualities so if your cuts are a bit loose it will work fine. For a good solid joint use #3 (dries very fast) or #4 (bit more open time). Your joints have to be tight with these two as they have the consistency of water.
Weld On is the only stuff I use and I've built a good number of sumps.

Yuppers Weld on #16,3,4 is the only stuff that i have used, and you can get it from any Glass company, where they build acrylic stuff along with glass,...
