Tank will include the following:
- tank
- stand
- sump
- skimmer
- return pump
- existing plumbing
- SCWD
- possibly the hood, and fans, but there is no lighting to be had!

I received 3 separate PMs this week asking if it was sold or not. I thought I should clarify since people seem to be REALLY digging deep for a good deal.
