Hey guys I just thought I would say that my covicts laid eggs this morning!!

Good news the eggs are still there and there is signs of eyes starting to develop!! :biggrin:

Congrats, I was excited the first time I had eggs too. Now it's like aw crap more bloody eggs. I've got a flower pot full of wigglers in my main tank right now. Their tank mates like a live treat now and again. It's a fish eat fish world in that tank!!!

yah thats how it is here I have got frontosa and salousi and also a columbian shark in there with them! I cant wait for more and more babies there is also a pleco in there.

Today I looked at the eggs and I can really see signs of eyes they grow up so fast!! :mrgreen:

The adults are very aggressive when they have young. Watch they don't beat others to death. I have lots of crappy silk plants, pots and other rock work for hiding places, it seems to have helped with the aggression alot.

Yah they arent to bad they go after the frontosa and salousi but everyone else is okay actually the discus can swim right into there "house" and they dont even do anything.. thank god but I am still moving them to another tank in a couple of days!! :biggrin:

Today some are starting to "crawl" wiggle across the bottom of the tank!!

I looked in the tank for the babies and to my surprise they had all been moved to the front of the tank!! :biggrin:

Today I found them back where they had been in the first place but now they are starting to swim up!

Today I found most of the babies swimming with there mom while dad was busy protecting them!

Today the babies are swimming around about 75% of the tank while the parents attack nah they do go after the other fish but only when they get really close!
