Just curious if it would be possible to keep the two in a 60gallon tank? I dont have either now, but am considering the LB, but really want a Mandarin down the road.
Any thoughts?

I have a LM blenny and a psychedelic mandarin in my tank and they seem totally fine.

He was in my nano before (but not for too long) and made the move when I transfered everything to the 190g. Honestly I've never heard of any problems keeping these two fish together, so I never gave it a second thought when I added the LM blenny. But like I said, all seems to be fine between them.

No thats great, I just dont want to buy something that is not going to let me keep a Mandarin down the road, and the LB is supposed to be great at churning sand. I'm a little intimidated about getting a mandarin, but I will do my best to be prepared (Refug etc)

Mandarin should be fine with lots of live rock. I have about 220 pounds of live rock in a 90 gallon tank. I also have a chubby mandarin.

Um... correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought lawnmower blennies are mainly herbivores and dont sand sift.
