Clip on desk lamps with Phillips or GE Daylight CFL bulbs (27w @ 6500k). Cheap & very convenient to move out of the way when working in the sump.

Kinda pricey, though. I occasionally kick myself for getting it. But it is a cool light and comes in useful when acclimatizing corals.

What Anthony said....I bought 2 clip on lights at Home Depot for $10 each and two bulbs for about $10.

(forgot to call you Anthony...will call tomorrow)

I've got 55w PC over mine. It's timed with the main lights right now. I grow caulerpa and cheato in my sump.
