This goes back to when first starting SW.

Had neon for a couple of weeks then notice what I thought ich on one of the fish in the display so loaded it and all the other fish in a small newly setup QT. About two weeks into the QT got a NH3 spike and believe that caused the demise.

Mine lasted about 18 months. I don't really know what happened to him. He (or she) just disappeared. I have four other small fish and some corals in a 120. No predators.
I have noticed that S. Norvich on Reef Central comments they are short lived.
I really liked mine so I plan on replacing it.
