So the boys at work have been telling me that i should start a thread about my little 33g Reef that i have had up for about 6 months. I of course would love to move up to a larger tank but due to space issues i have been restricted to my 33. All is good so far. I am using power compacts with some success. I have about 40 lbs of live rock and a 2 inch sandbed. I'm using a koralia 2 and a maxijet 1200 for flow and a aquaclear 70 for filtration. It is a pretty simple system nothing like any of the huge systems i see up on canreef. I have various softies and LPS and today i have gotten my first two SPS frags. Two monties. One is a montipora digitata and the other is a monti cup. Who knows what will happen. Everythings worth a try in my opinion. Im not really sure what else to talk about so i'll put up a picture and leave the rest to you. :)
I'm not sure if this is going to work I dont know how to post pics :) here goes...

Nice tank Georgia...
Sure Marcs tank is big - but is it "real"?
(I've heard there was a bit of enhancement surgery if you know what I mean wink wink nudge nudge).

That is a really nice little set up. Mine is about the same size. What are those yellow things under your rock in the centre? Those cannot possibly be sun polyps, can they? I thought they needed lots of light.

A beautiful little display georgia !

But i think you should fire some halides on it, remove anything thats soft and then fill it to the brim with SPS !

Just kidding  Looks sweet, i really dig the rockwork youve done. It gives it a very open look.

Marc.

Thanks for all the comments  ummm livestock plans... welllll i'm pretty much stocked. i've got a sixline wrasse, royal gramma, bangaii cardinal and three seahorses. I do water changes every 3 or four days though to keep all my levels down. Dale you are too right... load of enhancement surgery  Oh and those are yellow and black (which you cant see) suncorals which really dont need much light only ambient light but they do need to be fed very regularly. seriously considering halides :) Marc you can set me up right??? Please!!!
