Will SW fish safely last 3-4 days without feeding them (assuming they are healthy?

Yes. Shouldn't be a problem.
Of course they will be a little hungry when you get back..

they would be totally fine after 3 -4 days, if you have anthias and chromis they will go a bit loopy but should be good.

You shouldn't do that as the food will likely not get eaten and you are just going to contribute to poor water quality and then leave the fish without food for a few days causing further stress.

Why not invest in a simple automated feeder. There are several available and are not expensive. I use one while I am away. However, I would also suggest you have someone check on your tank daily if possible. They could also feed them as well. The problem is that most people we find to "tank sit" wouldn't know what to look for or what to do if something went wrong anyway.

Like I mentioned in a different thread....I'd be willing to stop by someone's house every day or two to check in on things. Promise, I'm not a thief...just a really nice guy ;)

Thanks for the info. I will use an automatic feeder on the tanks. Drew, I may take you up on your offer when I am gone on a longer holiday. Much appreciated.
