The three I would go to would be OA, J and L, and Hidden Reef.

Hidden Reef is a ways out, so is OA, but worth a day trip to see both IMO.

OA isent way out right after you go over the alex fraser bridge(south bound) you gon river road and go to 76st turn left and then the first left when you enter 76. To alex fraser bridge (obvesly with car) takes 5-10 depending on trafic and another 5-10 minuts so all togeth about 10-20 minut trip.

-ocean aquatics in delta also has good prices on sps, lps, and softie frags,
and as for fish regular price, equipment is usually way cheaper-i don't know IMO i like it.

ya know..there used to be a few "smaller" fish stores in richmond. I'm sad to say that i can't find them...and Big Als' is the only one there. Obviously the smaller fish stores are run by the asian community and i'm not sure they have the advertising to be noticed. So if anyone has discovered any give me a heads up!

I have to say that I went to ocean aquatics on tuesday and man was it worth the drive.
I got some seriously nice lr for 6$/lb and 2 nice softies on a 5lb chunk or lr for 20$, it also had this awesome white nudibranch on it so all in all I feel like I robbed them blind.
I have been to all the major stores and I can say that imho ocean aquatics and king eds have the overall best quality service...
Hidden reef gets an honourable mention in my books as well.
just my 2 cents.
