I've been working on setting up a 75 gallon tank for the last year and a half and I'm finally making some progress. Lots of do it your self projects.
I'm a steel fabricator during the day so naturally I had to make my stand from steel

Maybe I got a bit carried away when I decided to wet sand with 1k grit paper, then polish the paint to a mirror finish

I found some nice shiny black panels and etched glass doors at the Ikea as is section one day

And today I decided to try out my diamond hole saw from Hong Kong
Before

Less than one minute to drill each hole
After

I seem to have more time than money to put into this project, but the incidentals I always end up buying for these DIY projects always make me wonder if I'm actually saving any money.
Next up will be building an over flow box, then plumbing.
Thanks for looking, Myles
