Fesh water plant stores

Hi Mainlanders,

I am planning a trip off the rock this weekend and I need suggestions for a good shop to pick up freshwater plants in the GVRD. Thanks in advance!

None :wink: its kinda a waste of money buying plants from stores, there always over priced, in bad shape, and small amounts.
buy from other hobbyist, theres tons on http://www.bcaquaria.com/forum/index.php
Including me, I sell, Java fern, Java Moss, Emersed trilobed java fern, brazillian penny wort, green hygro. and some other plants.
But you can find alot of different plants on there, for great prices, and even rare plants you'll never see in stores or in most peoples tank. :)

Seeing as you are only going to be here for a short time, I would expect a store would be more convientent. Not sure where you are going, but Roger's Aquatics in Surrey has a decent selection of plants. Their next shipment comes in next Friday. They will not have that much until then.
