Well my new tank is home (but still in the back of my truck) loos great but I am waiting for a niebour to get home to help me unload it. I was a little surprised to see not only did they drill the holes but they also threw in the white PVC bulkheads to go with it images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

oh and Brad, they didn't put the sticker on so I won't have to start smoking images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

Ok it is in the house now, and it is a lot bigger than I imagined.

Hey Steve,

Do you have a website for the guys that made the tank for you.. That's the sizing that I'm looking for and would like to get pricing on one.

Thanks,
Gord

Gord, Steve got the tank from SeaStar Aquariums, but they don't have a website. Also, shipping something that size from Victoria would require bank financing images/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Gord, isn't there a tank builder out there? the tank I got was a custom size. basicly it is a 120 gal tank with one foot choped off.. so I probably paid almost as much as I would have for a standard 120 gal.

Brad was right on the money as shipping from here would kill you.. there is another company in Calgary called "inter american" they are suposed to be good pricing including shipping and such.. you ccould find there web page and send them a e-mail.

I am guessing at 500.. could be 400 but it was huge.. no it was sold but tye said they could make me another one if I wanted.. hehe I told him I could never aford it and he just commented that I got a new truck LOL

it was probably 6 feet long 5 or 6 feet high and 2 or 3 feet wide.

all I remember thinking when I saw it was what kinda lights would you need if you wanted to grow sps on a 6" sand bed in that baby
