You could try this link to the Greater Victoria Aquarist Society. Several people in the society seem to be breeders .

There's a few guys on the island that breed cherry's,
But as far as I know no one's got any crystals over here.
You can pick some up on aqua-bid.
Fortunately the market has been flooded with them and there's been massive price drop.
They will still run you around $5 a pop though.

I know that Big Al's in Edmonton has some......not sure that is any help to you though.

Iminsky from BCAquaria breeds them. His are very high quality ones imported from Japan I believe.
