Yeah,
Sometimes I forget where I hid the easter eggs too. Yep, it's usually around X-Mas that I find them hiding under the pots, the fridge, etc!!
:D Congrats :D

Emily
It's what I have been waiting for, I have 13 pairs that I purchased as mostly captive raised juv's just for this.
This is the second time they have laid eggs and this time I feel a little more ready.
Rotifers, grow out tank ready, etc.

Just returned from a couple of days in Seattle, great dinners and R&R only to find that my Cinnamon, Blue Line (Melanopus) have a large clutch of eggs that should hatch just after christmas.
Based on the behavior of these guys my Perculas & Saddleback's should be next.
Watch out ORA, here I come......

My percs are perennially tending to a batch of eggs. Sheesh, they're like rabbits once they figure out how to do it.
Good luck with the grow-outs...

So today was the start, have a few small tomato clowns swimming around looking for rotifers.
Its absolutely amazing how small these guys are.
Tonight should be the big hatch as I guess I pulled the eggs a day early.
Another hatch coming Boxing Day.
Will post pictures, when the zoom on the digital camera actually makes them look like something.
