The French UFO Report Closes the Case: They're Here
In the late 1960s, the US Air Force's Project Blue Book examined 12,618 UFO reports with the admitted objective of dismissing them all. However, 701 of these reports, or 6%, remained unknown.
Now the French government has revealed its own much more honestly gathered and investigated UFO files. Of 1,650 cases investigated by the French government, most of them exhaustively, 412, or 25% have been classified as unknown.
This means that serious professional investigation has resulted in over a thousand UFO cases since 1950 that cannot be explained, and this only includes American cases from before 1969, when the US Air Force abandoned its effort.
This information, plus the thousands of credible reports of close encounter, offer a convincing case that somebody is here and is acting toward us exactly as we would act toward a more primitive intelligent species that we might find inhabiting another planet.
Specifically, they are being extremely secretive as they study us and, perhaps, exploit us and our world in ways that are not yet clear.
It is time for the scientific community around the world to face the fact that we are under study from elsewhere, and begin an organized effort to gain what knowledge we can from careful analysis of the information that is available from sighting reports, close encounter reports, and debris.
