I added a orange pot sleeper goby to my tank. He was above the substrate for a few minutes after I put him in but then he darted into a cave and I have not seen him for three days. Is it unusual for sleepers to hide for a bit when in a new tank?

I didn't see mine come out for more than a week after being placed in my aquarium

Thanks :) I was doing some more research online and was reading that they tend to hide when first put in a new home. I was searching last night with a flashlight during feeding time to see if I could find him but with no luck. I guess with anything in this hobby I just need to have patience. And if he doesn't show himself in a couple weeks then I guess I bought an expensive treat for my cleanup crew :p
