Most people know but for those that don/t.Keep your water conditioner in your fridge as this will keep it from going bad.

Yikes, my Prime sat out all the time. Probably a good thing I gave up freshwater tanks

Prime always smells bad. It even says right on the bottle 'sulphur odor is normal'. I would think if it really needed to be refridgerated they would print that on the bottle too.

Never heard of it, I did however find out that conditioners that have aloe etc all make my skimmer misbehave. Chlorine and Chloramine remover are all that's needed, ALTHOUGH, SeaChems prime has helped me on a couple occassions when ammonia or nitrites have been an issue (like right after shipping) the Prime (I believe) has helped save many a fish.
