Now if only I had insurnace

School's over now but it'll be a while until I get a good full time paycheque that I can insure the car with. My mom's boyfriend gave it to me. I haven't had my own car for about 5 years now, and it's exciting that in about a month I'll be driving again. I'll be able to get stuff that isn't 45 minutes away by bus!

It's a 91 sprint. In pretty good shape for a 15 year old sprint. Awesome on gas, runs well, very little rust. I'm going to repaint it to learn some body work, and I'll be doing the regular maintenance as well.

It'll be another thing to tinker with besides aquariums :)

Ok why not do both?
How do you get a tank into a 91 Sprint? And how big should you go?

My first car was a 1990 Firefly, basically the same car. :) It was awesome on gas for sure, I just remember though having to take big runs at hills on the highway and keeping the gas pedal to the floor to get up them :p Allthough I drive a hummer now and I almost have to do the same thing.. just without the good gas mileage lol!

22r (4cyl) automagic transmission, all the options... Then add that 500lbs on the front bumper and 31x12.5 tires! I don't think I could get out of my own way!

LOL, the flames flag speeds me up :p

The problem is that the H3 only has an inline 5 in a vehicle that weights 5,000lbs. In normal city driving and for the most part on the highway it is slow but is fine even for passing at highway speeds, it just takes a bit of labouring through the mountains.

I'm looking foward to the release of the H3 Alpha for '08 it has a V8 under the hood, IMO what they should have put in from the start. The only problem with the Alpha is it is all chrome and flash.. not sure if it will have the adventure package yet. I would not buy a hummer that I cannot take offroad.. I will say that is where it shines.. i've been out with H1's and H2's and I have gone everywhere they have.

I would give my eye teeth for a diesel. There is lots of talk and rumours of one, perhaps in '09-'10 they will, but for now stuck with the I5 or the new alpha V8, which gives you 295 horse as opposed to the 235 with the I5.. Im sure that fuel economy will take a hit with the larger motor, I get about 15-16mpgh city 20-22MPGH highway.
