Maybe someone's already mentioned this and I missed it, but has anyone seen the film "Sharkwater"? I just saw it tonight in theatre and I left even more disgusted with mankind's neglect, abuse and money-grubbing, conscienceless rape of our planet.

I think this film impacted me mostly because I care about this world, and because I have a passion for marine life. I feel a moral obligation to do something--to be a better, more pro-active world citizen--but I don't know how.

I encourage people to see this. It inspires outrage and sorrow, and every emotion in-between....but it's not sensational or over the top.

I guess I just don't know what to say. Ugggh. Like one of the people interviewed in the film said, we're just naked apes, but we see ourselves as kings of the earth or gods. We need to develop a collective moral conscience, but I'm beginning to wonder if that's possible.
