Im not sure if my tank is a nano or not...some people say it is while other would disagree...anyway, here are some pics of my 29 gallon SW tan that I set up 11 days ago. Yes! there are fish in the tank but don't worry they are not going to die. I bought the whole set up from a guy who didn't have the time to look after it anymore.

Hey man I am in the throws of starting a 30tall SPS,LPS,zoa tank.I say that 30g and under is a nano and 5g and under is a pico.
You cannot keep a single bngai cardnal in a tank, they are a schooling fish and if you keep one it will be very stressed out and die.
What kind of clowns are you looking at?false percs?true percs?ocellaris?
you will hafto choose between a school of bangais or 2 clowns.Otherwise it will be too much of a bioload.
Either the firefish or the gramma should be fine.

How often do you do your waterchanges?

Oh and become a member of:http://www.nano-reef.com I am a member and its alot of fun!Just say FUGU!!! sent you

I have been doing weekly water changes and all the water parameters seem to be ok. The aquascape in the pics I posted does not longer exist because I had to take all the live rock out to catch the 2 Damsels. I did not want the Damsels in my tank...man these are fast. It has very difficult to catch them so I ended taking the rocks out of the tank for a little while. I put all the rocks in a bucket with salt water.

I will post pics with the new aquascape.

Cheers

Actually it's the opposite, they school when they are young but unless they pair up, the dominant cardinal will harrass any other bangaiis in the tank until there is only one left

That's exactly what I thought. I read that they school together if you get them when they are very young, but if you get them when they are bigger then the biggest one will harrass the other ones.

my wish list is still the same
1 Bicolor Blenny
1 Yellow Watchman Goby
2 Clowns (which type stays the smallest:question:   )
1 Cardinal Banggai
1 Royal Gramma or Firefish

cheers
