Thinking of DIYing an O3 reactor the wife is sick of getting dizzy when the O3 is on JK
Any thoughts or experience with a O3 reactor

Check out this thread on RC, there are links to DIY, and which methods work better.

This is the reactor I am using.

The best one is the MTC

My setup:
Air is supplied by a Tetra Luft pump through a 500mg air drier, into a Red Sea 200mg/hr ozonizer and redox controller, then into the pressurized ozone reactor. Tank water is fed into the reactor from the main pump return and the output is scrubbed of residual ozone through a MTC SR-14 substrate reactor filled with carbon before returning to the sump.

I'm using an MTC reactor with the carbon filter for water & air as well as the Luft pump & Ozotech Poseidon ozonizer & dryer. Works great. I just need a bit more water pressure through the unit.
