I was wondering if anyone has any info about feather starfish? Are they reef safe? How do feed them and how difficult they are to keep?

Sorry to snake this thread, but I am also ineterested on what info there is. I want to put one in an aggressive tank (to be built) with a miniatus grouper, bamboo shark, but basically mixed reef.

I've heard of very little success with these animals.
They generally starve to death.
Unlike other stars they are filter feeder's.
One of the view success stories I've heard was from a guy who would mix
up a batch of phyto and Cyclopes into a bottle that had a tube out the top with a air hose dial on it.
He'd set this up next to the feather star so it would slowly drip the mix into the water up current.
Last I'd heard he'd had his for over a couple years.
Probably more significantly though was that the star was injured at one point and lost a few legs, But grew them back in a matter of a few week's
