Maybe you should look at getting one of these (http://cgi.ebay.com/70-Watt-Electronic-Metal-Halide-Nano-Reef-Retrofit-Kit_W0QQitemZ270024392169QQihZ017QQcategoryZ46314Q QssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem).

With two 50/50 kits, GSP might not do too well, but Frogspawn should, although it probably won't grow too fast. Most zoos and button polyps will do okay (some need lots of light, though). Mushrooms and Riccordea might do okay. None of these will grow too fast, though.

I've got a similar sized tank and I have four CoraLife 20W 50/50 screw-in bulbs over it. That's about twice the wattage as what you've got planned, and some corals didn't do too well. (There could have been other deficiencies, though.)

I'm just going to use four 27W Philips Marathon Daylight bulbs when I upgrade the tank for my soft corals. It'll mainly house mushrooms.
