Tiny brown spot on rabbitfish

This morning the fish was alright, but in the evening, there are some brown spot all over my rabbitfish. The spot looks like some ick, but I am not sure.

Should I give him a freshwater bath? any suggestions?

Are these big spots or small spots? It could just be his camouflage colouring.

I just found out that it is the black spot disease, the spot is like the size of a grain of salt.

here is s aite which explains what your fish has and how to deal with it. a fresh water dip is what the doctor orders according to this site, but check it out for yourself. you are probably way ahead of me here but thought id help out.
