Hey all,

I want to keep a jaw fish, but I've been told they are pretty bad fro jumpin'. So, I am going to change my hood from an open top, to a closed top, but I would like to also have an extra layer of protection. I've considered egg crate, but I've been told that it only does so much. So - I was wondering if anyone has seen a product, or knows where I can have this done, that allows me to create a custom-shaped screen top for my tank?

As well, are there any hydrophonic supply stores in Edmonton (IE that sell MH ballasts?)

you can use GUTTER guard around the edge of your tank.. its 4inch wide plastic mesh from homedepot...$4 for a 25 foot roll
i use it to keep my lawnmower blennie in my tank.. he keeps jumpin out..
