expensive but they have a 10 year bulb life wich makes them worth considering if you have the extra money
Seeing as how they aren't shipping until August, I doubt it. :wink:

That's the bulb life, but PAR does decrease every year.

From their website:
Luxeon rates their Blue LED's for 50,000 hours and the white LED's for 50,000 hours. They state that they will maintain 70% of their light output for the stated life.
I didn't mean that the PAR values would eventually diminush to nothing, but they will decrease over the life of the lamp

I looked at their gallery of pic's with the lighting in use and wasn't even a little bit impressed. :(

Could be. But if that's the case, what does this tell you about a product manufacturer using poor settings to showcase their breakthrough product?
