Update number one:

Canadian Man did all the work. We really enjoyed this.. :D The tank is clearing and I am taking pics as it does, the "splattered" tang is really enjoying the swim throughs....

Jon thought I'd be up early to see the tank but I wonder if I won't just be up all night with the actinics on.... ;)

Details and pics to follow...

You'll have to start a thread about Katie's six foot tank tongue.gif

:D
Well as you can see by the time I post this that I am still up as well  ,damm skimmer, new toys always keep me up late.

Glad you think the rock looks half decent!
In case anyone wants to know it was done all by feel as the sand gave the tank the usual milk look!

Anyway, thanks Deb for letting me do as much as I did, It really puts me in my element.

Got to get some sleep now, I look forward to the Pics!

Hey Guys, do you have enough help today? Is there any way that perhaps our best wishes would suffice?? And how about that Canadian Man, ay? Boy he really "must do Something" and that's pretty cool I think.

I would do almost anything to get out of my familial/social duties today and come over. Maybe a bomb threat or something...

We expect a full update as soon as events warrant.

Good to hear from you. We've been BB abusers in your absence. Spankings are in order.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">LOL, well, I'm proud to say I never touched the reeftank. :D

Shadow moved into the 45g. Foxy moved out into the 120g.

BTW, Alan you were right about the sufflamen bursa (http://www.wetwebmedia.com/marine/fishes/triggers/cookisland_triggers.htm)

Someone has asked me about the tank overhang we left for the overflow. Can you guys foresee this as a problem ?

With your solid/flat bottom on the tank i would say no problems deb. I saw that when we were doing the moving and never mentioned anything cause i figured there would be no problem.

Just curious, how thick is the bottom glass on a 120?

I don't know, was it the same ? - the walls are all 1/2" thick. We're not real worried. ;)
