40G-ish tank/stand FS (Edmonton)

Hi,

I have for sale a 40G-ish tank (~30x16x19) tank for sale. Comes with a stand (~24" tall), and light. Tank is a couple years old, but in good condition (may have minor scratches here and there). Stand is also in good condition. Asking for $50. Locals only please.
