Ok, I have two tanks for sale... They are both currently fresh water systems. Either could be used for SW (the 10 gal was dosed 2 years ago with ick meds though... I'm not sure if enough residue can hang around in the silicone that long and harm sensitive corals).
The nice thing about the 10 gal is the custom stand. It is very unique (I designed it and built it myself). I'd say all it needs is a better paint job (it has some brush strokes on it) to make it look really spiffy! I've been dreaming about using it as a stand for a 10 gallon nano but I'll never get around to it. One of the drawbacks to the stand is that it's a bit difficult to acess from the back but if you have some basic tools you could easily modify it how you like.
Here's the pics (as you can see they have been heavily neglected due to the diversion that my salt water tank is:)

This tank includes all the guppies (about 20) and one clown loach. The lonley loach had a friend but he was much smaller and about two months ago he died so now I have one. There are two large growths of Java ferns in the corners, a couple of corkscrew vallisinaria, a sparse ground cover of dwarf hairgrass and my favourite, a tiger lotus bulb that used to be huge but lately has regressed. It actually grew a second bulb so there are two in there. Oh yeah, and lots of algae:cry: Here's a pic of the loach:

The tank also has a small HOB carbon filter, heater and fluorescent bulbs. I'll include a bunch of extra stuff like plant fertilizers and stuff too.
If you want the tank, you have to take the livestock with it. If you only want the stand that's ok but the tank has to go first.

stand: 200$

This tank comes with the Amazon sword, a small piece of java fern and a corkscrew vallisinaria, a dozen or so guppies and a bronze catfish. Right now there is white gravel in it but I also have dark blue and black mixed gravel that you can have too. It has a cover and single flourescent light strip.
35 gal tank w/ light strip and cover, livestock and gravel:135$
I also have some other random things like driftwood (there's a cool looking piece floating in the pic of the 35 gal) that I'll give to whoever buys these. Both of these tanks and/or stand must be picked up. I'm down in Lethbridge; it's only a 2 hour drive for all you Calgarians!
