175 for 250 /or 400

I have a new pair of Sun aquatic's ballast ELECTRONIC 175 looking to trade for 250 or 400 new they are 355 with taxes
will sell for 270 or another pair of ballast's.
the ballast is small/compact and are really cool to touch when on.

the ballast's have been on for a total of around 1 week for 8 hr period..

cause i have bigger tank and would like to go back to the 250's/or even get back into 400's and that wil be my only lighting no supplement.. that's all

If any one is interested in the Ballasts, please make a reasonable offer I'm selling them together, SO NO INSULTING OFFERS . like I already stated If i can't sell them I wont' loose my shirt and sell them for 200 dollars cheaper.

considering they are 355 new with taxes,
