Hello,

There are 2 companies that offers dimmer for the IceCap florescent ballasts. They are:
1) Niche Engineering, manufacturer of the Solar dimmers
2) Digital Oceans, manufacturer of IceCast and Lightwave.

My understanding is that Digital Oceans require you to purchase both IceCast and Lightwave to simulate the full seasonal/lunar/wave effect, whereas Niche Engineering's Solar dimmers have all built in one unit.

I use the Solar 1000-L1 and absolutely love it. It controls sunrise, sunset, moonlight, and have programmable seasonal/wheather/lunar patterns. The more expensive units also have X-10 controls for powerhead for wave simulation.

From IceCap:
I was out of town (vacation trip to China)so didn't get a chance to answer this. D.Oceans went out of business. Champion Lighting bought Niche. Therefore, try http://www.championlighting.com/cgi-bin/catalog.cgi?page=Products/Controllers/solar.html&cart_id=3703918.33938
