If you don't dose it correctly, you can easily kill the fish as well. I think it kills clownfish. The Van. Aquarium had a mishap (don't know if it was an accident or intentional) 20+ years ago with copper in their system & it pretty much wiped out everything. It was very sad.

my personal choice is one I didn't put up there as I was trying to keep it
simple so I have to pick the "I have no clue".
what I would have put is "yes Pods can take some coper and I don't know if it will kill crabs, snails, worms, and corals."

Early on in the hobby, I put a live rock in a QT tank with copper. I think I was aware that this was not good for the rock, nor for the treatment, but I did it anyway :redface: . It was covered in paly's. So the polyps kinda disappeared, and at some point down the road, I chucked the rock back in the big tank. The paly's all came back, and I never had any problems in the big tank.
So I answered, I haven't got a clue. :neutral:
I've seen pods in the LFS tanks that only inhabited fish and they used copper I believe so I would have to say yes, however I'm sure it depends on the concentration.
