I need to get some 1/2 to 3/8 union connectors like these (A7UC6).

Any suggestions where to get them? Home Depot and Rona don't have them.

You should contact a "plumbing only" store and check with them.
Maybe check J & L Aquatics out there as they usually carry a bunch of different stuff.

These are also called "John Guess" fittings, I get them at Andrew Sherett in Abbotsford (604-850-1987).Usualy available in 1/4" and 3/8" OD. Also lookup some irrigation supply places, there is one good one on (I think) Venables, just one block east of Clark Dr.

Wow, those are some pretty specialized John Guest Fittings. I've never seen anything like that locally. Home Depot is the only retail store that I've seen regular JG fittings at, and OA has the standard kinds as well.

You'll probably have to get it online.

I've don't think these (union reducers ie. A7UC6 in the link) are at J&L nor OA. OA has unions but not the reducer unions where one end is 3/8 and the other end is 1/2. Also, for John Guest brand, OA only has 1/4" fittings (according to the website).

I just need a union reducer. It doesn't have to be JG brand. I could go to a plumbing store. I just didn't want to look it up in the Yellow Pages. Usually, when I look something up in the YP and then go to the store, I waste my time as the store is nothing like I thought it would be. Which is why I prefer to ask someone who has a favorite store that they go to.

Go to Union Pumps ,23191 Fraser Hwy. Langley 604-533-3727.
They have exactly what your looking for and *in stock*!!!
I deal with this store all the time and they have much better selection and prices than the big retail stores too.....

Ok, thanks for the suggestions everyone. I will start with the store on Clark Dr. and then I'll look up some stores in Vancouver in the YP. If I don't find anything in Vancouver, I'll try Richmond and then Burnaby. If I'm desperate, I'll venture out to Langley. :)
