I'm taking the in-laws to Barkerville for a few days. Can't wait to get away from the phone/TV etc.

Patrick- I haven't been to Barkerville since I was just a teen. I heard they actually charge people to enter the town now- is it true?? That is one place I want to take my kid when he's older...

I don't know about the charge. Hope bloody not, but I know they charge for everything else.

I am really looking forward to a few days off, no phone, TV computer, EMail etc etc etc. I just get to sit back in a lawn chair roast some marshmellows(sp) and have a few barley sandwhiches.
