4" Goldenhead Sleeper Goby (also known as yellowhead sleeper or blue cheek sleeper). Very active and healthy.
Beautiful fish, but too large for my 40g. Trade for other fish(reef-safe & peaceful), coral, or small piece of live rock.

usually just clear one end of the tank, or at least one corner. once he's in the clear end, just use the net

another easy way is to drain the tank with a small power head into a garbage can then whwn the water is shallow enough dig down in the snad so he is traped in a pool in the sand. then pump the wate back in . only takes 15 min and the corals will be fine its not nearly as bad as when the water level goes down in the ocean and they are exposed to the hot sun 4 hours.

I caught one once. I left my net in the tank for a day until the fish didn't care about it anymore. The sleeper goby would eat frozen food so I squirted some in front of the net. When he went to get it, whammo!
Easy.
