Doug Lowey has joined the board as a moderator. I'm sure most of you will recognize Doug, he's been on most of the boards for as long as they've been around and has always been helpful and willing to share his knowledge.

Thanks Jayson. That new 400 watt Radium is just fine, at least according to my big ole bubble coral. :D

Hi Stephane, You watch over me no matter where I am. :D Still have to hook the reactor up and then will be bugging you.

As mentioned to Jayson, I am giving the Radium a run, alone, on the normal ballast. Its the only light over the 170. I have stocked it with mostly lps, bubbles, closed brain, branching frogspawn, caulastrea, and many types of mushrooms.

I live in a resort community. Actually I live just outside the edge of Riding Mountain National Park, in a small village called Onanole. Its about a mile to Clear Lake.

I was born in Manitoba also. Spent 31 years in Thompson.

The good thing is, I come your way to visit my brother in Langley. :D

I was actually thinking of dropping you a note last year when I was in Moose Jaw but didn't have the time to drive over. How many hours are you from Moose Jaw by car, 5?

Yea, about that Troy. I lived there for a year. When I was in grade 10, several million years ago. :D

:D As this is getting long winded, I did my first moderator job. :D LOL, moved another mods thread. Hi Troy. smile.gif

A very nice course indeed. I also live across the street from a new 9 hole, soon to be 18. Anytime someone is coming this way, we can go play.

I am just learning how to play for real though. Only went to fool around in Thompson. Bugs use to carry the balls away. So many no-see-ums on the ball, you could hardly see it to hit.

Actually the best round I ever shot was at Clear Lake. First time I broke a hundred. :D My wife and I are going to take lessons this time. She has never played. I just need to stop buying aquarium equipment, so I can buy some decent clubs.
