Bought some Chemipure this morning and put 2 bags into a PhosBan reactor. Within an hr, my Euroreef CS8-2 went nuts with diluted wet foam. This is my first time using Chemipure. I used to use Kent Reef Carbon and it never did it to me. Anyone with the same experience like this?
I have turned off my skimmer and plan to turn it back on after a couple of hours - hope it will work. Welcome any suggestion.

Did you rinse it first?

RTFM?
The instructions actually do say to turn off the skimmer for 48 hours. It's not helpful advice, it's actually needed.
