tonight i was cleaning my tank and fixing the skimmer and saw a small worm like thing. It was about 1/2 an inch and had yellow tenticles coming out of it. it moved like a worm too.
Has anyone seen this sort of thing?
This is the best pic i could take of it sorry

It's hard to tell by the pic it could be a bristle worm. Does it have hair like bristles along the sides?

Cheers

I think what you found might be a spaghetti worm.Check out the net on spaghetti worms.I am sure you will have you answer. As the main body is pinkish red with long tentacles.I have loads of these in my sand bed and rocks.I even took pics while it was spawning.
The pic that TNT showed you thats the tentacles sticking out looking for food. But the main body stays in the sand bed or rock wherever it decides to live.Saltwaterconnections in Wpg sells them for $6 a piece.
