thanks..ya it didn't look this big in the store, although it was only under pc lights there. Must like my 250w mh :biggrin: only thing that sucks, is trying to keep corals away.. the lta already stung my frogspawn...

oh well gottoa have fun right , i was doing a water change and had my scopas in the sump and so i thought that i would keep him in a bag floating in the tank since he was banned to the sump for beating up on the yellow tang.
,,long story any how. I made a holder to sit in the water and the scopas swam out of it now the 2 tang ad playing around i dont understand...

we had to arrange the tank as the lta expanded completely..it is almost the size of a basketball!!! :eek: sandstorm hasn't settled and there are microbubbles, but here is the pic.http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y271/adidas28/tankMedium.jpg

i say take out the sand and add a refugium it will give you more room in the tank... and the tank will be cleaner in the long run...

there actually is a hangon refuge. tanks is full of bubles because the water level is low. but yeah, while it may be cleaner without sand, i really like the look of the white sand.
