You'll have to explain the pics, maybe I'm stoopid today, but I can't figure out what it is that you intend to do with those.

Ok I have re-done the picture. Hope it is easier to understand.

Sump out is the sump bulkhead.

All fittings were 1" NPT fittings. I used Schedule 80 threaded inserts to connect everything. No PVC cement was used.

There is a 1" quick disconnect fitting on the intake and outlet of the MAG18. With a reducer to allow for the 3/4" NPT on the MAG18.

the minimum ID size for the whole line is 1". Except for the MAG itself.

I placed a threaded T to tap off water for the Ca reactor input. In this T a Spears ball valve was placed to keep the pressure down to an acceptable level for the Ca reactor input.

Parts list is as follows

<ul type="square"> 2 x 1" Ball valves {Fipt x Fipt} (#2621-010) 1 x 1/4" Lab Ball valve (#1529-D02) 2 x 1" Unions {Fipt x Fipt} (#458-010) 2 x 1" to 3/4" TT Bushing Flush Style {Mipt x Fipt}(#439-131) 1 x 1" Tee {Fipt x Fipt x Fipt} (#405-010) 1 x 1" 90deg Ell {Fipt x Fipt} (#406-010) 1 x 1" Male adapter {Mipt x Soc}(#436-101) 5 x 1" by 3" Schedule 80 nipples (#120-030)
[/list:u:a5c2fce792]

Description with {} is the style of fitting.

Fipt is Female thread

Soc is socket or slip fitting

Mipt is Male thread

(#xxx-xxx) is the Spears part number.
