I have a Magentek 931-lh-tc-p ballast.
It says it can run two F96, F72PG, VHO, SHO, T10 T10J lamps.

Does this mean it will be able to run a 72" VHO tube?
What does PG mean?

I want to set this up with 2 URI 10k Aquasuns for my 6 foot 150 gallon tank.

Can any body help confirm I can run a F72 VHO tube.

thanks

Well I don't know VHO ballasts, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night

Maybe this will help?

yes it will run 72" lights.

the "PG" stands for "Power groove" it is a floressent tube that has one of the highest ouputs out there. The grooved lamp actually increases the effective arc length by about 10%. so it is like getting a longer tube in a shorter space.
