Adam, the clam was on too big of a rock. No room!

Troy, the tank pictured is just a 20g I plumbed into my main system. Once I get the 155 setup, this will be the mantis tank. Currently the shrimps are in the critter boxes.
I got a whack of corals last week from a guy shutting down his tank and had to store the excess in the 20. I built the 30/30 canopy ($30, 30 minutes) to house a 175w 10k with a coffee can as a reflector tongue.gif .
Nothing much else to say about it. The 75 is listed under the tank specs forum and hasn't changed lately.

Thanks Brad, I was curious as to what you were up to there.

I like how the hood is bigger than the tank itself .. smile.gif

"30/30 == $30, 30 minutes." That's great!

cheers

Tony, I needed the height for the MH. These corals were kept in a much deeper tank than the 20.
When the corals get moved, the canopy will more than likely become a kitty litter box :D

Assuming they get some coor..... The first pic has really nice purple tips. The smaller frags have bright green polyps.
I'll be installing a real reflector this weekend to replace the coffee can that is thee now. They've neve been fed DT's, so starting that holds promise for color.

Hey Brad, can you take a picture of that coffee can reflector before you retire it? I'm intrigued.

Tony, I just cut the seam of a large coffee can and folded it in half. More of a shiney heat shield than a reflector. I wanted to acclimate them slowly, so I decided not to install a real reflector for a week.
