It looks like a green finger leather to me, i have two in my tank. Although they look a little happier than that. They seem to like a lot of light and not to strong of water flow. Hope that helps.Here's what i think it is.

Looks more like what's commonly referred to as a Colt Coral (Cladiella), but could also be finger leather (Sinularia Sp.) Hard to tell without it fully expanded and polyps out, but looks nearly identical to my Colts when retracted.
In any event, both are very similar species both requiring medium-high lighting and low-medium currents. Fairly hardy species, does well in most environments.

IMHO it looks like a capnella or in the Nephtheidae family. Hard to tell without fully expanded polyps

Looks like a Lemnalia (lemnalia sp.) to me. However, I do agree, it will be difficult to identify until the polyps are extended.
