Damaged Acropora?

I was at my LFS store today and might have found a diamond in the rough. This acropora looks like its starting to deteriorate, but hopefully under 2X150W MH lighting it will recover.

Is it too far gone to recover or will TLC make all the difference?

Looks like some definate bleaching at the base (bottom left of the pic)
Keep a good eye on it. It may be in your best intrest to frag it out and grow them out if you notice any more recession.

I would definitely be making a few frags off that (cut above the tissue recession). If it's tissue recession, it will spread quickly.
