Yes I know that i need the common name is i can get it looked all over reef central, google you name it reef con database.

From the pictures you posted, I would say it's a soft coral and not an LPS. I don't see any skeletal base on it. I would agree that it could be a leather of some type. Apart from that, I can't really tell.
