Here's what happens when anemone's and SPS get too close. I had to move the digi. Will this grow back?

I think the digi might make a come back. It been four days since the attack and polyps are slowly coming back, even out of the seemingly white parts of the coral. Digi's are resiliant corals!

Danny,
After my green digi fell over against a rhodactis mushroom for a few hours, it lost all its polyps on that side. After a couple of weeks, the polyps grew back. Hope it does the same for you.

This poor little digi has been through a lot. I've had it for a couple of years and it been beaten, covered in hair algae and left in the dark. Coraline used to cover 2/3 of it, and low and behold it seems to bounce back every time. Rarely does this happen in SPS but this one actually grows back over dead parts of it's skeleton!
I have a small digi frag in my 20g and I am a big time newbie SPS keeper... it never would stay put.. and one day fell behind the tank, no light, covered with sand, and gunk... I totally had forgotten about the coral, because I could not see it, and didn't realize it fell... well, almost a week it was there, took it out, all brown, and white.... 3 days back out in the light and flow, and polyps fully extended...
My point...... these SPS seem to be quite hardy... go Digi's!

If you are in Vcr, you can come by and get some of mine. I have mine in a pile at the bottom of my tank to give to visitors.
