I am just seeing if anyone is interested in my set-up.
I am thinking about picking up the 120 Gallon tank from "Adidas" on this board and want to see if anyone is interested in my 50 gallon set-up:

- 50 gallon tank with background painted blue and botom painted black (retails for $125.00 new) (dimensions: 36 X 18 X 18)
- glass tops
- 2 x aqua clear 300 filters with new media (both retail for $70.00)
- metal stand and wood trim (all painted black and looks sweet) ($100.00 retail)
- Brand new in box visi-therm heater (250 Watt) ($50.00 retail)
Thats a $355.00 value.

36 long X 18 wide X 20 High .....(i think)

What part of Calgary do you live in?

Anyone know how hard it is to strip paint? (I'd prefer black paint)

Double checked the measurments:
36 X 18 X 18 (seems to be a 50 Gallon)

What wattage on the ebo?
The heater is actually a brand new in Box Visi-therm 250 Watt

What part of Calgary do you live in?
I live in NE Calgary pretty much on the corner of 36th Street and 16th Ave. (my house backs onto 16th)

Anyone know how hard it is to strip paint? (I'd prefer black paint)
It is latex paint and can be removed with a razor blade

Can the glass be drilled once the tank is together like this?
T o my understanding, the glass is NOT tempered and therefore can be drilled.
